From Soil to Society is a thesis project that explores how interior design can reconnect communities through food and shared experience. Set in the historic San Galgano Abbey in Tuscany, the proposal transforms the Gothic ruins into a community center dedicated to food culture, learning and sustainability.

The project aims to revive the Abbey’s spirit of gathering by creating spaces for cultivation, cooking and communal exchange.
